Kraig Spina, General Manager / COO

Kraig has been the General Manager of Gleneagles Country Club since August of 2005. He is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. He has more than 30 years of private club experience in both national and international arenas. His background includes working as a General Manager at several Club Corp properties, Mayacoo Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, and the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

Nick Jolly, Assistant General Manager

Nick has been a member of the Gleneagles team since 2000, when he was hired as the Director of Food & Beverage. In 2001, Nick was promoted to Clubhouse Manager and in 2014 to Assistant General Manager. Originally from England, Nick has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. His experience has included management positions at several private clubs including The Executive Club, The Roof Gardens and The City Club. He was General Manager of Dempsey’s in Palm Beach, and Owner/Manager of Rockwell’s in West Palm Beach.

Harvey Grunwald, Chief Financial Officer

Harvey has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gleneagles Country Club since 1999. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Harvey attended Bernard M. Baruch College, City University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. In 2014, Harvey was recognized as a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal CFO of the Year. His background includes 13 years at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton as their CFO.

Jason Bagwell, Director of Golf Course Maintenance

Jason joined the Gleneagles team in 2010 as the Director of Golf Course Maintenance. Jason came to us after a successful career at Westview Country Club in Miami. Jason hails from North Carolina, but he has had plenty of experience with southern turf. He earned a Bachelor’s in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, and served a term as President of the South Florida Golf Course Superintendent Association.

Kristen Laraia, Director of Membership & Marketing

Kristen joined the Gleneagles team in 2008 and was promoted to the Director of Membership & Marketing position in 2011. Originally from Boca Raton, Kristen graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Her professional background includes hospitality management and marketing positions at the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Grand Cypress Resort, and the University of Central Florida. Kristen is an avid community volunteer and is currently serving as Vice President, Fundraising for the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.

Michael Eustace, CCM, CMCA

Michael joined the Gleneagles team in 1992 in our Valet Department. His vision, focus, and perseverance through the years gained him a promotion to Facility Maintenance Director in 2001, and then to Property Manager in 2006. Michael has an enormous wealth of knowledge in all facets of club management as he oversees Security, Housekeeping, Common Area Maintenance, and Facility Maintenance. Originally from Stratford, CT, Michael moved to Florida and graduated from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Recently, Michael earned the Certified Club Manager designation from the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA). Michael serves as a Board Member for the Gold Coast Chapter of Community Association Institute (CAI). He continues to further his education through the Club Managers Association of America and the Community Association Institute.
