The leadership team listed below has an average of 21 years of service to Gleneagles. It is apparent that these numbers don't happen accidentally - our team enjoys working with each other and serving our members, and the membership respects and appreciates all our team members for their commitment to our club. Gleneagles is a workplace where individual contributions are recognized and celebrated, but teamwork, fun and friendship are valued above all!

Leadership Team


Kraig has been the General Manager of Gleneagles Country Club since August of 2005. He is originally from West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated from Florida International University in Miami with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. He has more than 30 years of private club experience in both national and international arenas. His background includes working as a General Manager at several Club Corp properties, Mayacoo Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, and the Boca Raton Resort and Club.

Harvey has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gleneagles Country Club since 1999. Originally from The Bronx, New York, Harvey attended Bernard M. Baruch College at The City University of New York and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting. In 2014, Harvey was recognized as a finalist for the South Florida Business Journal CFO of the Year. His background includes 13 years at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton as their CFO.

Jason joined the Gleneagles team in 2010 as the Director of Golf Course Maintenance. Jason came to us after a successful career at Westview Country Club in Miami. Jason hails from North Carolina, but he has had plenty of experience with southern turf. He earned a Bachelor’s in Turfgrass Science from the University of Florida, and served a term as President of the South Florida Golf Course Superintendent Association.

Kristen joined the Gleneagles team in 2008 and was promoted to the Director of Membership & Marketing position in 2011. Originally from Boca Raton, Kristen graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA). Her professional background includes hospitality management and marketing positions at the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Grand Cypress Resort, and the University of Central Florida. Kristen is an avid community volunteer and is currently serving as Executive Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Junior League of the Palm Beaches.

Kristen Laraia
Clubhouse Manager / Director of Membership & Marketing

A native of Colombia, David has lived in Florida since 1989 and joined Gleneagles in 1990. Since then, he has experienced and participated in the various transformations of the club, especially the facilities maintenance department. His commitment, dedication, and persistence have made him successful as a supervisor and facilities superintendent, and in May 2023, David was promoted to Director of Community Operations. To complement his continued personal and professional growth, David has achieved a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with summa cum laude honors and a MBA from Nova Southeastern University.
