We are pleased that you will be visiting. The staff is committed to ensuring you have a great visit to the club! Please read below for some important information about your upcoming visit.

Preparing for Your Visit

  • Valid Driver’s License required for entry.
  • Please review the Dress Code.
  • If you have an Immediate Family Guest Card from a previous visit, bring it.

Dress Code

  • Legends Dining Room Dress Code
    • Daytime

      Men: Shorts, slacks, jeans and shirts.
      Women: Shorts, slacks, skirts, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      Evenings

      Men: Slacks, jeans, and collared shirts. Men must tuck in all shirts with the exception of those shirts that are specifically designed to be worn untucked.
      Women: Dress shorts, slacks, capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      NOTE: Certain events may require a jacket or jacket & tie for men, including young men. Consult your monthly calendar/Eagle for special evenings.

      THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN ANY DINING VENUE OR BAR/LOUNGE:

      • Hats (men) unless for religious or medical reasons
      • Wet clothing, sweatbands, towels, bare feet
      • Tank tops, cut-off shorts, bare midriff tops, sleeveless shirts (men), extremely short shorts
      • See-through clothing
      • Jeans or denim with tears, rips, holes, or which are dirty or excessively baggy and/or ill fitting
      • Medical scrubs
      • Clothing and headwear with offensive language or offensive graphics
      • Golf shoes with spikes
      • Flip flops and rubber pool shoes are permitted only in the Grille Room
  • Legends Lounge Dress Code
    • Men:Shorts, slacks, jeans and shirts, except on Saturdays after 7pm in season (November 1 – April 30) when men must have collared shirts and long pants.

      Women: Shorts, slacks, skirts, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN ANY DINING VENUE OR BAR/LOUNGE:

    • Daytime (Year Round)

      Men: Shorts, slacks, jeans and shirts.
      Women: Shorts, slacks, skirts, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      Winter Evenings (November 1 - April 30)

      Men: Slacks, jeans and collared shirts. Men must tuck in all shirts with the exception of those shirts that are specifically designed to be worn untucked.
      Women: Dress shorts, slacks, capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      Summer Evenings (May 1 - October 31)

      Men: Dress shorts, slacks, jeans, and collared shirts are permitted. Men must tuck in all shirts with the exception of those shirts that are specifically designed to be worn untucked. Cargo shorts, jean shorts or surfer/board shorts are not permitted.
      Women: Dress shorts, slacks, capris, skirts, dresses, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN ANY DINING VENUE OR BAR/LOUNGE:

      • Hats (men) unless for religious or medical reasons
      • Wet clothing, sweatbands, towels, bare feet
      • Tank tops, cut-off shorts, bare midriff tops, sleeveless shirts (men), extremely short shorts

  • Grill Room & Glen Bar Dress Code
    • Men: Shorts, slacks, jeans and shirts.
      Women: Shorts, slacks, skirts, jeans, blouses and shirts.

      The following applies to everyone, including children under age 13:

      • Dry swimwear is not permitted without the use of a cover-up.
      • Lycra or spandex shorts, running shorts and leotards are permitted only at the Poolside Patio and Putting Patio.
      • T-Shirts with large graphics or other screen printing are not permitted in the evening.

      THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME IN ANY DINING VENUE OR BAR/LOUNGE:
      • Hats (men) unless for religious or medical reasons
      • Wet clothing, sweatbands, towels, bare feet
      • Tank tops, cut-off shorts, bare midriff tops, sleeveless shirts (men), extremely short shorts
      • See-through clothing
      • Jeans or denim with tears, rips, holes, or which are dirty or excessively baggy and/or ill fitting
      • Medical scrubs
      • Clothing and headwear with offensive language or offensive graphics
      • Golf shoes with spikes
      • Flip flops and rubber pool shoes are permitted only in the Grille Room only in the Grille Room
  • Golf Dress Code
      • Only soft spike, spikeless golf shoes or sneakers may be worn on the practice facilities and the golf courses. Change of footwear should take place in the locker rooms.
      • Men and junior male golfers should wear generally accepted golf attire only which includes: long trousers, knickers, Bermuda or walking shorts. Shirts must have collars and sleeves. Long and short sleeve mock turtleneck sweaters or shirts are acceptable. Shirt-tails must be worn tucked in (except for banded bottom shirts).
      • Women and junior female golfers should wear generally accepted golf attire which includes: golf shorts, slacks, Bermuda or walking shorts. Women’s tops must have either a collar or sleeves. Yoga pants and leggings may be worn with a skirt or shorts over them.
      • The following articles of clothing are inappropriate: cargo shorts and cargo pants, short shorts, bathing suits, T-shirts, undershirts, blue jeans, gym shorts, tank tops, halter tops and tube tops. 
  • Tennis Dress Code
      • All players must wear tennis shoes.
      • Men should wear generally approved tennis attire which includes tennis shorts and collared or collarless shirts. All men’s shirts must have sleeves.
      • Women should wear generally accepted tennis attire which includes skirts, shorts, dresses, and tops. Yoga pants and leggings may be worn with a skirt or shorts over them. Capri pants are approved for Pickleball but not tennis.
      • The following articles of clothing are inappropriate: cargo shorts and cargo pants, golf shorts or skirts, street attire. No manufacturer’s logo larger than 4” x 4” is permitted. Shirts and headwear containing advertising, messages or graphics are not permitted except as specifically permitted herein.
      • Children age 13 and older must adhere to the proper dress code.


Arriving to the Club

  • Main Clubhouse is located at 7667 Victory Lane Delray Beach, Florida 33446.
  • Atlantic Ave. entrance is available for guest access 24/7. Linton Blvd. entrance is closed for entry (resident and guest) from midnight to 6:00 am daily.
  • All guests must be authorized for access to the club by a member.
  • All guests must present a valid Driver’s License for entry.
  • Guests are required to utilize valet parking at the Main Clubhouse.

Traffic Safety

Watch your speed and obey traffic signs throughout the community. Gleneagles Security uses radar and video surveillance to enforce speeding and stop sign violations. Please be aware that if a guest receives a violation, the member will be notified of the violation and ultimately responsible for payment if the guest does not pay the fine.

Walking, Running, or Bicycling

Please utilize the designated walking path that runs from Atlantic Avenue to Linton Blvd along the Legends Course. Please, do not walk, run, or bicycle on the Golf Course cart paths.

Cell Phone Policy in the Clubhouse

Cell phone usage is not permitted in the Clubhouse. Members and guests are asked to step outside to take personal phone calls.

Smoking Policy

Smoking or vaping, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the entire Clubhouse including all covered areas, Satellite Centers, at the Tennis and Pickleball Center, in the Golf staging area, at the golf beverage/comfort stations, and within the confines of all pool areas.

Gratuity / Tipping

Offers of cash or any type of gratuity to any employee of the Club for services rendered or to be rendered are prohibited except that cash tips may be given to the locker room attendants, valet parking attendants, and spa professionals at your discretion.

Bag Drop

Golf carts are not permitted in the parking lot. All guest bags should be dropped off at the Golf Bag Drop in the porte cochere near valet.

Form of Payment

All guest charges will be billed to the member’s account. Upon request, retail and spa purchases may be billed to a guest’s Visa or Mastercard.
